We currently ship to all locations within:

Remote areas may require additional delivery time depending on courier routes.

🌍 International Shipping

We offer international delivery to selected countries. Some regions may incur a remote area surcharge depending on the courier’s policy.
If your location is not eligible for delivery, we will contact you before processing your order.


Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our Malaysia warehouse based on stock availability.

Courier selection is based on your address and the fastest available option.


Delivery Estimate

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Within Malaysia:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–4 working days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days

International Shipping:

  • Asia Pacific: 5–12 working days
  • Middle East / Europe: 7–14 working days
  • Other regions: 10–20 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance or courier constraints.


Self-Pickup / Forwarding-Agent Pickup (Customer Arranged)

We also offer pickup service for customers who prefer to use their own:

  • Forwarding agent
  • Courier service provider
  • Logistic partner

How it works:

  • Customer provides pickup details (courier/agent name, contact number, package details).
  • We prepare the parcel and notify you once it is ready for collection.
  • The customer's agent can collect the package from our warehouse during working hours.

Pickup location and timing will be shared after the order is confirmed.

Note: Once items are collected by your agent, Grapes Automation is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during third-party handling.


Important Notes

  • Review your address carefully before checkout to avoid delays.
  • Once the β€œReady for Delivery” email is received, please keep your phone reachable for courier coordination.
  • If delivery fails, you may need to contact your local courier/post office for pickup.
  • Any order changes must be made before the order is shipped.
