Returns & Refunds Policy

This return policy applies to all items purchased through the Grapes Automation online store.

1. Order Cancellation

Order Not Shipped Yet

  • ✔ Full refund
  • ✔ No cancellation fees

To request cancellation, email: support@grapesautomation.com

Order Already Shipped

  • You will need to bear the shipping cost.
  • If the shipment cannot be intercepted, allow the parcel to arrive first.
  • Once received, send it back in its original condition.
  • A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned package.

2. 14-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

✔ Eligible Returns

  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • All components, accessories, manuals, and packaging are included
  • Reason for return is clearly provided

✘ Not Eligible

  • Installed products (smart switches, modules, smart locks)
  • Damaged, modified, or tampered items
  • Missing accessories/parts
  • Clearance or promotional items (non-returnable)

Return Shipping Costs

  • For product quality issues or defects, Grapes Automation will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For non-quality related returns (change of mind, wrong order, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank/payment gateway.


3. How to Return a Product

Step 1: Email Us

Send to: support@grapesautomation.com

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos showing the product condition (if applicable)

Step 2: Receive Return Address

Our team will review your request and provide the correct return address and instructions.

Step 3: Pack the Item

  • Use original packaging if available.
  • If not, repackage securely.
  • Products must be damage-free to remain eligible for a refund.

Step 4: Ship the Item

Send the item within 5 days after receiving return approval.

Step 5: Inspection & Refund

  • We will inspect the returned item.
  • Refund will be processed after inspection.
  • You will be notified via email once the refund is completed.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank.


4. Important Notes

  • The product and original packaging must be damage-free to qualify for a refund.
  • Smart locks, switches, and modules cannot be returned once installed unless defective.
  • Items showing misuse, physical damage, or unauthorised modification are not eligible.
