• Informed in the event of an alarm: With the Caller Service you can have a call made automatically in the event of an alarm. Your Miniserver can inform you by phone in the event of an alarm. Thanks to the return channel you can also react immediately and acknowledge the alarm.
• Automatic notifications: Use the Miniserver to monitor any limit values and be informed automatically by phone. For example, your Miniserver can call you when a certain temperature is reached, when the air quality is poor or when water gets in.
• Reminder by phone: If, for example, an open garage door is detected at nightfall, the Caller Service will call you. No matter where you are, there are no call charges worldwide.

Step 1: Buy the Loxone Caller Service in the webshop. You will receive the license key together with your invoice.

Step 2: Simply activate* your service under “My Products” in the login area on our website by entering the license key.

*To use the Caller Service, the Miniserver must be connected to the Internet, as the calls are made via an external server in our company.
